Nota Informativa relativa al trattamento dei dati personali ex art.10 L. 675/1996 in ottemperanza all'art. 13 del Nuovo Codice Privacy (dlgs 30 Giugno 2003 n° 196) Titolare del trattamento è IdeaTrade3 Kft. L'Utente può esercitare i diritti di cui all'art. 13 l. 675/96 (accesso, correzione, cancellazione, opposizione al trattamento ecc.) rivolgendosi a IdeaTrade3 Kft. IdeaTrade3 Kft considera e tratta le informazioni che l'Utente inserisce e diffonde tramite il Servizio alla stregua della corrispondenza privata, pertanto, non controllerà, diffonderà autonomamente, né comunicherà tali informazioni, così come le informazioni relative all'Utente, salvo quanto previsto nelle presenti note. I dati personali dell'Utente verranno trattati: - per la gestione, erogazione dei diversi servizi e per la relativa assistenza - per l'elaborazione interna di analisi statistiche e di mercato. L'Utente riconosce che Faronet srl potrà intervenire sulle predette informazioni ove ritenga in buona fede che tale attività sia necessaria per: a) conformarsi a prescrizioni di legge; b) adeguarsi a un provvedimento legale, inclusa una disposizione dell'Autorità Giudiziaria o di altra autorità competente; c) far valere i propri diritti ai sensi delle presenti note; d) difendersi da contestazioni di terzi che asseriscano che tali contenuti violano i loro diritti; e) tutelare gli interessi di Faronet srl o di terzi. L'Utente riconosce e concorda che Faronet srl potrà avere accesso alle informazioni o ai contenuti diffusi tramite il Servizio in tutti i casi in cui tale accesso si renda necessario al fine di individuare o risolvere un problema tecnico ovvero per rispondere a reclami relativi al Servizio. L'Utente riconosce e concorda che l'elaborazione e il trattamento tecnico delle informazioni è o può rendersi necessario per: a) inviare o ricevere tali dati; b) eseguire le funzioni di pianificazione o programmazione; c) conformarsi alle specifiche tecniche richieste dai network di connessione in rete; d) conformarsi alle specifiche tecniche del Servizio. IdeaTrade3 Kft è autorizzata a trattare ed archiviare nei propri database il nominativo, il tipo di servizio, i resoconti dell'attività di servizio ed altre informazioni dell'Utente, che riguardino il presente Contratto o qualsiasi Servizio fornito in virtù di esso.Inoltre, ai sensi dell'art. 13 della legge 675/1996, l'Utente autorizza IdeaTrade3 Kft all'archiviazione, all'elaborazione e alla comunicazione di dati relativi all'Utente, con le seguenti finalità: servizio clienti (amministrazione, contabilità, gestione dei contratti, ordini, fatturazione, recupero crediti), marketing, promozione, analisi statistiche, indagini sulla soddisfazione della clientela, revisioni, archiviazione di dati storici, informazioni pre-contrattuali.

Information Note regarding the treatment of personal data according to former article 10 of the Law 675/1996 in compliance with article 13 of the New Privacy Code (Legislative Decree N. 196 dated June 30th 2003)

The holder of the treatment is the company Idea Trade Tre kft. The user can exert the rights the reported in article 13 of the Law 675/96 concerning the treatment (access, correction, cancellation, opposition etc.) applying to Idea Trade Tre kft. The company Idea Trade Tre kft considers and treats the information entered by the user and forwarded through the service as private correspondence and so both these information and the ones regarding the user will not be controlled, freely widespread or communicated, except for the cases provided for in the present notes.

The user's personal data will be treated for: - the management and supply of the different services and for the relevant assistance; - the internal processing of statistical and market analysis. The user acknowledges that the company Idea Trade Tre kft can intervene on the above mentioned information, whenever such activity is regarded in good faith as necessary to:
a) comply with the provisions of the law;
b) follow legislative measures, including provisions issued by the Judicial Authority or by other competent authorities;
c) assert your own rights in compliance with the present notes;
d) defend yourself against objections raised by a third party declaring that such contents violate its own rights;
e) protect the interests of Idea Trade Tre kft or of a third party. The user acknowledges and agrees that Idea Trade Tre kft can access the information and contents forwarded through the service in all cases requiring such access in order to locate or solve a technical problem, that is to answer the complaints regarding the service.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the processing and technical treatment of the information is or can be necessary to:
a) send or receive such data;
b) carry out planning or programming functions;
c) comply with the technical specifications required by the online connection networks; d) comply with the technical specifications of the service.

The company Idea Trade Tre kft is authorized to treat and store in its database name, type of service, reports on the service activity and other information on the user regarding the present contract or any other service supplied in virtue of this latter. Moreover, in compliance with article 13 of the Law 675/1996, the user authorizes the company Idea Trade Tre kft to store, process and communicate the data concerning the user for the following purposes: customer service (administration, accounting, contract management, orders, invoicing, credit collection), marketing, promotion, statistical analysis, surveys on customer satisfaction, revisions, historical report storage, precontractual information.
